Bit late with this news, but Adele has been billed as one of the artists scheduled to perform at the MTV Video Music Awards (for which she has been nominated 7 times) on Sunday, August 28, at 9 p.m. ET/PT:
This will mark the first time that Adele has graced the VMAs stage. The British chanteuse is up for seven nods for her emotional “Rolling in the Deep” video, including Best Female Artist, Best Pop Video, Best Art Direction, Best Cinematography, Best Direction, Best Editing and the night’s big prize, Video of the Year.
